RFQQ: Data and Equity Benchmarking Navigation Guide Development
The Washington State Construction Center of Excellence (CCE) and Renton Technical College (RTC) are pleased to announce the release of a Request for Quotation and Qualifications (RFQQ) #2025-CCE-001. We are seeking proposals from qualified firms to develop a Data and Equity Benchmarking Navigation Guide aimed at guiding curriculum development for a statewide construction management credential.
Objective:
Our aim is to expand pathways for prospective construction management professionals, particularly focusing on increasing opportunities for under-represented communities. The Data and Equity Benchmarking Navigation Guide will be a crucial resource for educators and employers, helping to identify and dismantle structural barriers to a more equitable construction workforce.
Scope of Work:
The selected contractor will be responsible for:
Developing a conceptual outline for sector strategy work.
Reviewing and updating the education/training program map.
Administering a poll for the Building Basics Workshop in Construction webinar series.
Participating in the DACUM process to identify data metrics related to equity benchmarking.
Developing the Data and Equity Benchmarking Navigation Guide.
Key Dates:
RFQQ Issued: August 1, 2024
Deadline for Questions: August 8, 2024
Proposals Due: August 20, 2024, by 2:00 PM PST
Contract Award: August 27 – 30, 2024
Agreement Initiation: September 1, 2024
Submission Requirements:
An introductory letter stating your firm’s interest (limit: 1 page).
Resumes of key personnel (limit: 3 pages per resume, 3 resumes maximum).
A detailed scope of work or statement of qualifications (limit: 5 pages).
A costing sheet specifying a lump sum price for the full scope of work.
Complete and submit Attachments A-C with a costing sheet.
Evaluation Criteria:
Proposals will be evaluated based on relevant experience and reference responses (70%) and costs (30%).
